We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of cleared payment. Items are dispatched using Royal Mail. Currently we only dispatch to UK addresses. Please allow 10 working days postal delivery time.

Returns
To obtain refund, buyers are requested to make contact first to obtain returns reference then return item with 7 working days of purchase unopened and in original packaging (where applicable).
Proof of postage should be obtained for all returns. Buyers are responsible for paying the original P&P cost plus return P&P unless items are found to be faulty. In the unlikely event that you find a fault with the item, please contact us immediately with details.
