Returns
To obtain refund, buyers are requested to make contact first to obtain returns reference then return item with 7 working days of purchase unopened and in original packaging (where applicable).
Proof of postage should be obtained for all returns. Buyers are responsible for paying the original P&P cost plus return P&P unless items are found to be faulty. In the unlikely event that you find a fault with the item, please contact us immediately with details.
